Seared sea-bass with an apple/walnut sauce
shitake mushroom risotto with a champagne/cream sauce
stir fried vegetables
acorn squash with butter/maple syrup sauce for dessert.
It was excellent, would anyone be interested in joining us for something like this in the future? The only requirements are sharing the cost and appreciating food :)
PS. under no circumstances should one ever, ever make a champagne margarita using chambord instead of cointreau. *shudder*
